Summary: Great room overlooking the bay and cruise ships in port. Lovely breakfast, especially the egg station and friendly chefs chatting while I waited. There was some noise outside and from inside the hotel all day and night so it did disrupt our sleep, but it wouldn’t deter us from staying again.

Summary: We didn't have breakfast there but really enjoyed the beautiful room and incredible view of the bay and cruise ship port. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The location was outstanding for our needs. We were able to walk around and find the good places to eat, shop and explore. Family friendly hotel. We felt quite at home. A fine staff and wonderful accommodations in a great location. That checks all my main boxes. We will make this our waypoint again.

Summary: I do a bit of traveling, and Intercontinental Miami was wonderful. Went to Vegas this year and one would think that a tourist town of Las Vegas would have 5-star accommodations. Instead, I found Las Vegas has deteriorated into a filthy place and seedy environment. It was not always this was, but it appears Covid has taken its' toll on Las Vegas. I share this because I assumed all resort destinations had experienced similar results from Covid. Not true. Intercontinental Miami was simply fantastic. The staff was wonderful. All were polite, respectful, and very accommodating. The grounds and accommodations were immaculate. My wife and I will return! It was so very refreshing to visit a city and stay in a hotel that, combined, demonstrated an environment I thought was lost to a deteriorating society.
